We offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
You received the wrong item
The item is not as described on the website
Note: Refunds are not applicable for digital goods, used products, or items marked as final sale.
Email us at support@kuhoosalchemy.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Include order number, description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
Our team will review your request and get back within 2–3 business days.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
